The Opportunity
The Control Analyst is responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to risk mediation, reporting, process enhancement, procedure administration, project management, and administration for Operations.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years experience in financial or general accounting field or otherwise relevant business operations experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Strong PC skills with intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot, VLook up) big plus if knowledgeable with VBA and Macro
Analytical thinker that can function independently as well as part of a team
Ability to effectively communicate and manage expectations and shifting priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex transactions / situations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in completing tasks
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly and work effectively in a changing environment
General accounting principles
Comprehensive product knowledge is a plus
Minimum Requirements to Hire:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 2-3 years
SCHEDULE: Amenability to work on night shift
LOCATION: Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City OR Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENT: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
