Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
 
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:

FINANCIAL AUDITOR
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor/ Master's degree in accounting or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Auditor
Exceptional understanding of financial rules and regulations
Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Sage or other similar accounting systems
Strong math and computer related skills
Proficient at presenting and writing detailed reports
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct financial audit in accordance with financial standards
Assesses risks, internal controls, corporate good governance by identifying areas of non-compliance, process weakness & inefficiencies
Completes audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings
Communicates audit progress and findings by providing information in status through reports
Prepare final audit reports for review by Audit Manager
Conduct closing meetings and issue corrective action form to auditee to address noncompliance
Recommends process improvements
Supports special audit requested by MANCOM/ EXECOM/GM/ Business Managers/ CEO/ BOD
Performs other work as may be assigned by immediate head
