JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Financial Analyst/Cost Account you will be responsible for creating financial reports and evaluating project cost accounting. These reports will be built within our ERP (NetSuite) and utilizing other business programs for visualization.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
·       Conduct business analysis
·       Handle metrics and scorecard reporting
·       Prepare sales analysis
·       Handle dashboard creation for sales, finance, marketing, and operations
·       Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement and simplification initiatives
·       Create business and technical documentation customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keep all documentation up to date
·       Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by business stakeholders
·       Analyze costs and pricing
·       Evaluate the profitability of purchased and manufactured products
QUALIFICATIONS
·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or relevant industry-related experience. 
·       Experience with manufacturing and/or distribution required
·       Prior experience with SQL, Power BI (or equivalent), and computerized inventory or ERP systems
·       Able to work with a remote team utilizing technology for chat, video calls, and collaboration
·       Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
·       Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
