This is a remote position. This teammate will report to the Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work closely with other members of the senior management team to help achieve the potential of the growing company. We are looking for someone who possesses a combination of strong quantitative abilities, business acumen, financial analysis skills and great English communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Construct detailed financial models to support the long-term P&L budgeting and forecasting processes
Communicate financial results, operational activity, and revenue performance metrics to FP&A management.
Measure and track key financial metrics on a monthly basis
Support the preparation of presentation materials for Quarterly Business Reviews
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results against budget and forecasts.
Develop and implement methods and techniques to improve forecasting, financial evaluations and analyses, financial processes, and system functionality.
Work with senior leadership to find ways to cut costs or increase revenue
Support business units such as marketing, sales, and R&D to help with ad-hoc financial analysis
The Requirements
· Solid understanding of financial statements (IS, CF, BS)
· 3+ years of financial analysis in Excel building operating budgets
· Experience with NetSuite is a plus
· 1+ years of experience with SEM rush or similar
· Excellent English communication skills.
· Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines.
· Can work USA Pacific Standard Time hours (9am - 5pm Pacific Time)
