FINANCIAL ANALYST
Responsible for providing financial support to a business unit. Identifies areas where the business is not performing according to plan. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, business conditions, and other related areas. Monitors and analyzes pricing and other sales activities. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information is recorded accurately. Understands and explains deviations from budget or forecast.

Monitors and analyzes pricing and other sales activities, product profitability.
Contributes to BU budget and forecasts preparation (50%)
Creates and analyses monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; ensures information is accurate
Understands and explains deviations from budget or forecast
Contributes to the automation and/or improvement of existing financial reporting to optimally track and analyze financial data (40%)
Works on ad hoc tasks & projects that impact the company or specific business units. Projects can focus on M&A activity, expansion, consolidation, etc. (10%)
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Education: Bachelor or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience: Three to five years of experience
Knowledge of financial analysis and planning (FP&A)
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with Power BI preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
