We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to assist our clients in developing a thorough understanding of the business drivers and prepare in-depth variance and trend analysis.
Job Description:
· Develop thorough understanding of the business drivers and prepare in-depth variance and trend analysis representing the financial and non-financial KPIs against the targets and other benchmarks
· Develop detailed financial models for new investment and contract pricing opportunities and support the evaluation by way of NPV, IRR, Pay-back and other metrices
· Develop intuitive performance dashboards to track the day-to-day operational activities as well as highlight areas for further improvements
· Prepare the Board and Executive Management Information Packs encompassing highlights of current performance as well as proposals for improvements
· Support towards preparation of Long-Range Strategic Plans, Budgets and Roll-over Forecasts across different Service Streams and Operational Units
· Assist in undertaking range of Finance Transformation activities and initiatives towards Cost Optimization, Working Capital Cycle Management, Standardization of Management Reporting Formats etc.
Job Qualifications:
· 3-5+ years of relevant experience in fields of Financial Planning, Budgeting and Corporate Finance (prior experience within Health-care industry, Big4 advisory preferred)
· Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel based Dashboards and Analysis, Microsoft Power-point
· Hands-on experience of using Oracle Fusion for developing and generating reports
· Strong quantitative and analytical competency
· Ability to streamline existing processes and passion to learn and grow
· Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently and take initiatives for new analysis
· Experience working with and presenting to Operational Heads, Senior Executives and diverse stakeholders
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work under deadlines and develop strong financial models
