Job Summary
Analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring and studying data.
Duties and Responsibilities
Does balance sheet accounts analysis.
Prepares intra company reconciliations.
Prepares Bank reconciliations & coordinates with other accounting assistants on related tasks/reports needed to reconcile bank accounts.
Coordinates with accounting assistants on various balance sheet related tasks & reports.
Coordinates with Accounting Supervisors in the preparation and release of Monthly Balance sheets.
Assists the Finance/Accounting Manager on the preparation of financial statements
Assists the Finance/Accounting Manager on year end audit account schedules & analysis
Other matters as required by the Accounting Manager or Finance Director.
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Background and knowledge in SAP
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
