Fluor is currently seeking a Financial Analyst II to be located at the Dallas Headquarters office in Irving, Texas. This position will report to a Director of Treasury supporting various Corporate Finance and Risk Management initiatives. The successful candidate will have an undergraduate business (finance, accounting, etc.) degree, be an outgoing and polished communicator, have developing leadership skills, work well as part of a team, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power-point.
Job Description:
. Assist with foreign currency operations including spot and forward trade execution
. Assist in managing back-office operations including wire transfers and derivative documentation requirements
. Update Treasury reporting/models upon receiving updated project cash flow forecasts
. Interact with and assist internal and external auditors
. Assist with the management of Fluor's retirement plans
. Prepare counterparty credit risk analysis of prospective clients and partners
. Assist in Treasury quarterly/year-end reporting requirements including power-point presentations
. Interact with external service providers (consultants, investment managers, etc.)
. Back-up other team members as appropriate
. Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
. At least two (2) plus years (full-time) of analytical experience
. Four-year accredited Accounting, Finance or Business degree
. Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, and proficiency in MS Power-point
. Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and/or other ERP applications
. Familiarity with Bloomberg
2 years of experience as an analyst with the preference for 2 years of treasury experience.
Preferred Qualifications
. Preference to have at least two (2) plus years (full-time) pertinent Treasury-related experience in a corporate environment
