Description
Job Functions:
• Verify chargeback data submitted and getting into correct upload format.
• Manage upload of chargeback requests on a timely basis.
• Check and fix any upload data error.
• Check and understand order, quote, and invoice information when processing requests.
• Process chargeback requests in accordance with company policies.
• Understand quote and pricing concepts and how they affect chargebacks.
• Communicate to customers with chargeback questions and processed chargeback details.
• Submit a monthly Chargeback Report to management.
• Track and analyze monthly chargeback trends of all customers
• Assemble identified trends and create / distribute monthly report
• Create quarterly report of chargeback activities for all major distribution partners
• Facilitate quarterly conference calls with company Pricing leadership to discuss quarterly activity
• Create and maintain repository of chargeback statistics and trends.
• Create and present PowerPoint report of annual chargeback summary for each major distributor.
• Maintain list of funnel projects / ideas for transactional efficiency improvement and discuss priority /
results with manager monthly.
• Investigates and implements new ways, and recommends new tools, to improve chargeback
efficiencies.
• Monitor contract requirements to ensure customer and company remain in compliance with contract
terms and conditions.
• Effectively work directly with internal and external customers to ensure that accurate pricing and
discounts are being extended and to provide resolution of customer issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a College Degree holder
• Experience in contract or chargeback processing for at least 2 years is preferred.
• Positive, Customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Oracle, Access, Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
• Effective communications skills. Ability to write and analyze reports, business correspondence and
procedure manuals.
• Willing to travel when needed.
