Brief description of the job:
Primarily responsible for the provision of planning and analysis of the financial performance and condition of the business units (Leisure, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Foundation, and Logistics).
Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products and services.
Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
Making estimates of new and proposed products costs.
Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets.
Assesses the economic performance of companies and industries for firms and institutions with money to invest.
Reads company financial statements and analyzes commodity prices, sales, costs, expenses, and tax rates in order.
Performs budget, cost, and credit analysis.
Minimum Qualifications (non-negotiable):
Three (3) years of relevant experience.
A graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology or Major in Financial Management
Fluent in English / Filipino.
Expert knowledge of computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting System - ERP).
This position holds an assistant supervisory job level.
The work assignment will be in Madaum, Tagum City.
