The Financial Analysis Manager is responsible in the preparation of budget and actual cost study, analyzation of all FHC properties financial performance based on key business metrics, facilitation of funds management, and maintenance of system to properly manage accounting teams across properties. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS Analyze financial performance of all properties of FHC on a monthly basis against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets Prepare budget and actual cost analysis for periodic reporting requirements Collaborate with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives Respond to inquiries from the hotel management group and other group wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like Perform numerical analysis of data and formulating conclusions and/or solutions Prepare consolidated balances and other reports required by the parent company Monitor and contain all property inventories to ensure proper levels without causing burdens on property cash flows FUNDS MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET ANALYSIS Conduct analysis to determine which securities provide the greatest return on investment and mitigate business risk Assist in directing requests for payment and aligns transaction flows with the approved funding plan (focus on sources of funds) for new projects Monitor, control and ensure that the funding requirements and needs of the properties, existing projects in construction and overall FHC are adequately funded Process and monitor bank reporting requirements of FHC and as required by FDC PROCESS REVIEW IMPROVEMENT Take lead in special projects and workflow process improvements Effectively manage the accounting teams across properties through respectful communication, clear expectations, relevant training, productive coaching, regular meetings, and appropriate performance management Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy Professional license in Accountancy or any related finance certifications At least 8-10 years of related work experience in real estate, hospitality, high-rise and/or township developments Business Modelling Market Study and Analysis Funds Management Financial reporting and analysis
