JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Help people achieve financial security by giving them financial solutions thru insurance and investments
-Be part of our mission to help Filipinos achieve financial freedom
-Identify the needs of your client and encourage client to open up so you can pinpoint areas where he/she needs your help
-Provide regular and continuous after sales service
-To build long and fruitful relationship with your client
-Advise clients on insurances, investments. retirement fund, education fund, mortgages and more
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (preferably)
- Coachable, passionate, patient and obedient
- Has the heart to help and educate
- Willing to spend 2-4 hours per day for Sun Life Activities
- Possess leadership qualities
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Must have a strong internet connection
- Has a big and deep "why"
- Fast learner, adaptive and can manage pressure professionally, positively and gracefully
- Self motivated, goal digger and desires growth
