Location: Fairview Terraces, Quezon City
Duties:
To accommodate order & service requests, online payment.
To assist customers with new account applications, account verification, queries, etc.
To route calls only when necessary.
To attend to balance inquiries, payment settlement and basic technical concerns.
Qualifications:
Preferred at least Finished 1st year college
Above average communication skills
Non - Voice Account
Knowledgeable MS Office and internet and internet browsing
Amenable to work on-site
