WHAT IS A Financial Accountant Our awesome client, a leading RETAIL company based in Australia is looking for a Financial Accountant to be part of their finance team. Managing accounting and inventory for an Australian entity. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be a member of a high performing diverse team and responsible for: .Preparation of Group Monthly Management Report .Processing month-end and year-end work papers and journals .General ledger maintenance and reconciliations .Preparationof reporting to key stakeholders including - .Performance Results .Profit/Cost Centre reporting .Region Performance Reporting .Retail Business Surveys .Assisting with collation of year- end audit queries documentation .Assisting stores and internal stakeholders with general ledger queries .Ad hoc projects as required WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR .CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years' experience .Understanding and experience in statutory reporting .Understanding of various entity types and statutory obligations .Experience in using technology for automation and streamlining of systems and processes .Can do attitude and open to learning new things .Have strong skills in ORACLE .Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills .Excellent oral and written communication .Maintain strict confidentiality with financial related records MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ORTIGAS, ROBINSON CYBERSCAPE MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNTING
