Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, and Accounting services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for reconciling General Ledger accounts
Responsible for daily bank reconciliation
Responsible for handling Accounts Payable (entry, checking, payments, supplier reconciliation)
Responsible for handling Accounts Receivable (checking, allocating remittance, customer reconciliation)
Assisting in budget preparation/cashflow report
Assist in monthly/annual closing / reporting
Preparing BAS/ GST schedule
Accounts email admin and other admin task assigned by client
Requirements:
Graduate of BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
At least 2 years of experience in Australian accounting
A great understanding of Australian tax laws and financial accounts
Experience with any Australian accounting systems e.g. Xero, MYOB, etc.
Must have strong analytical and numerical skills
Must have a high attention to detail and high level of integrity
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Can work office based in Clark, Pampanga
