Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacks
Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requests.

At least HS/SHS Graduate
Good to excellent English communication skills
Communication and Computer savvy
Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
