Job Description:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and objectives.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Solution Design and Documentation:
Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose efficient and effective solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including process flows, data models, use cases, and user stories.
System Implementation and Testing:
Support the development and implementation of business systems, applications, and processes.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze existing systems and processes to recommend enhancements and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with various departments, including IT, operations, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering clear communication and understanding.
Training and Support:
Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical challenges.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (Open for fresh graduates), Industrial Engineering, and Information Technology with Business Analyst experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to facilitate collaboration and consensus.
Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other business software applications is a plus.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
