 Check and journal voucher preparation.
 Undertakes all financial documentary management in the CDP.
 Scanning of all financial documents (DV & JV)
 Petty cash custodian and replenishment.
 Handle business permits and bank transactions.
 Responsible for administrative functions like inventory and updating of assets, staff
house, office and equipment concerns, bills payment, vehicle monitoring and
registration, identification of calls, office supplies, monitoring, and purchase.
 Payment to supplier, canvassing & procurement of CDP equipment if needed.
 Handle online mobile and internet bills payment.
 Monitors book and bank balance.
 Reviews and validates employees Daily Time Records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Must be an Accounting graduate.
 Preferably with three (3) years relevant experience with an international NGO (in the
areas of fund accounting).
 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
 Preferably knowledgeable in Quickbooks.
 Keen on details (especially with numbers) and deadlines.
 Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning the
organizations' financial files/records.
 Good oral and written communication skills.
 Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
 CPA, an advantage.

GNIP formally started its operations in February 2009, with Barangay San Isidro in Rodriguez, Rizal as its pilot community development project (CDP) area. By the first quarter of 2014, a total of 13 CDP areas have been established, with two project areas in Guiuan, Eastern Samar as the newest additions.
