Experience in General Accounting, Government Authority Agencies, Statutory Audits & Taxation.
Proficiency in MS office, Good oral/ written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in accounting software is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Review manual Journal Vouchers and other general ledger transactions prepared by the Finance Officer.
Assists in the preparation of Journal Vouchers outside the system relating to adjustments, reclass, accruals AR, AP, FA, Cash and including payroll entries.
Ensures compliance on financial manual and group policies to maintain good internal control system and operational process.
Responsible in overseeing the monthly close of accounts sand the preparation of related financial statements (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement)
Consolidate and finalize schedules for the balance sheet and Profit & Loss accounts (not later than 1st day of the following month).
Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for parent company (not later than the 1st week following the close of the month).
In charge for the preparation of the statutory audit by the External Auditors and Authority Audit.
Ac as liaison officer to BIR.
Assist in implementing and enforcing group policies within the company in relation for any initiatives and improvements.
Ensures proper authorizations and documentations have been secured for all accounting entries.
Other Ad-hoc task that are assigned from time to time.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
