'Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. Maintains reports, records, and general ledgers; prepares and performs general bookkeeping.
1. Enters journal entries into XERO Accounting System in relation to raw materials and consumables.
2. Encodes and check Petty Cash Fund.
3. Establish and maintain cash controls of petty cash fund.
4. Assist in checking and monitoring of expenses (Service Providers)
5. Reconciles petty cash fund.
6. Assists in garbage hauling and receives payment for scrap sales.
7. Maintains financial files and records.
8. Assist in Freight Reconciliation.
