Roles
The Service Delivery Hub (SDH) is part of Global Commercial Finance. SDH GC located in Philippine and China acts as the member of deal support center for Greater China region to support sales teams on customer success. Financial Specialist will be responsible for deal review and contract drafting in an efficient, timely and accurate manner for revenue generating, standard and complex cloud services, software licensing, maintenance support and other customer contracts in a manner to ensure corporate profitability and achieve a balance against meeting corporate sales objectives. Performing these functions includes working closely with sales teams and internal functional teams in a fast paced, and multi-tasked environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare/draft contracts for submission to SAP's existing customers and potential customers.
Structure, review and approve deals to ensure SAP policies and guidelines are met, in parallel with customer success in mind.
Cross-collaborate closely with internal functional teams and sales teams during deal review and contract drafting process. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure final business and contract terms in an effort to avoid revenue deferrals and other revenue-related issues.
Peform deal supports to matters as assigned by supervisor on a case- by-case basis.
Anticipate problems and initiate actions to resolve them by using professional concepts, company policies, procedures and guidelines.
To maintain service level standards and actively contribute to the development of a service culture of excellence.
Experience & Language Requirements
Good understanding of business requirement.
Confident and assertive. Clear thinking and logical mind.
Good interpersonal skills coupled with verbal and written
communication skills. Able to explore the solution proactively under
complexity environment.
Fluent written and verbal command of English and Chinese essential.
Able to work independently with limited supervision under pressure
and short timeframe.
Good team player and strong willingness to help on problem solving etc.
Disciplined, careful, meticulous and detailed-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point) essential.
Education
. Bachelor degree or equivalent proficient experience
. University degree in law or finance or higher qualifications with 3-5 years of relevant work experience (as a preference).
