The FSS Leader is the end-to-end owner of the scaled Financial Solutions and Services. He/she will own and develop the overall strategies, priorities, initiative, commercial and communication plans that maximize the value for the scaled Finance Solutions and Services and ultimately the BUs in the conglomerate (GG).
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Leads the Finance IT organization for the scaled financial solutions (SAP, Anaplan, GRC, Concur and other in-house applications)
Leads the Finance shared services operations - Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash
Engage with the key stakeholders, business leaders, and vendors in developing the services roadmap
Partners with other COEs to leverage capabilities in RPA, ML and analytics for the Finance Organization
Partner with BUIT and the BU Finance community to build and sustain the IT Finance Community of practice
WHO ARE YOU?
At least 12 years of related work experience in Information & Technology, leading SAP FICO project implementations (S4HANA preferred)
Experience in leading large teams either in a Financial Shared Services organization or IT Services
Good working knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Audit processes
Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
Proven track record in delivering results by working with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
CPA certification preferred
ITIL or PMP certification , other related certifications (i.e. CISA, TOGAF) a plus
