We are looking for an experienced finance professional to build and lead a world-class team of Finance Service Delivery Hub (SDH) that support the strategic goals of sustainable growth and customer success across their assigned region.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Finance Director of your region you will coach and lead a team of Service Delivery Hub (SDH) managers across EMEA MEE. You will collaborate closely with the regional commercial management team and the Commercial Finance Directors to support the holistic deal support experience. You and your team will deliver end-to-end commercial services, to ensure that our customer success is sustained through high-quality, profitable and compliant commercial contracts.
This role offers many development opportunities to build skills and competencies that will help you shape your future career path in finance.
In addition to team leadership responsibilities you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide world-class end-to-end commercial business support, ensure internal controls are SOX compliant and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation. You will also resolve escalations, de-escalations and address root-cause problems.
Role Requirements
We are looking for finance professionals who have experience leading and developing high performing teams. You should have the ability to coach, mentor and motivate diverse teams both in person and in a virtual environment.
