Finance Reporting and Systems Control Manager

The Finance Reporting and Systems Control Manager is responsible for maintaining key financial system masterdata and ensuring strong financial system processes. You will also be responsible for building and creating various financial reports for the Finance team to present to Senior Management and Government and Regulatory bodies.

-Establish strong controls and oversee the financial data in the system (ERP)
-Be responsible for maintaining the Chart of Accounts, cost centers, data upload and testing of new patches and improvements.
-Prepare ad-hoc analysis, memos, and reports and any other assigned tasks
-Create, prepare and assist in daily, monthly, quarterly, and year- end reporting
-Ensure continuous improvement of all content/formatting of reports within ERP.
-Coordinate with all business units at the local and corporate levels
-Oversee and manage allocation and forecasting uploads.
-Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

-University degree in Accounting required.
-Working towards or has obtained Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
-Advance knowledge of Netsuite ERP System is preferred
-5+ years of experience as a Manager of Finance/Accounting.
-Team player, dynamic, can quickly adapt to change.
-Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
-Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze financial results and underlying business trends.
-Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong Filipino and English communications skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts may be required.
-Ability to exercise decision-making skills necessary to function in potentially high-stress situations
-Proactive and action-oriented, with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
