Job Qualification:
* Graduate of an accounting-related degree (Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Accounting Technology, etc.)
* At least 1 - 2 years experience in any finance and accounting functions
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
* Experience in financial system migration is advantageous but not required
* CPA is not required
Job Description:
* Prepare a trial balance upload template from legacy system to new system
* Prepare sub-ledger open items loading template (Customer, Vendor, Bank Accounts)
* Reconcile balance sheets accounts (trial balance vs. sub-ledgers)
* Collaborate with the FM for the resolutions on balance sheet account reconciling items.
* Assist finance and admin assistants in collection and payment processing in the new system
* Monitor data and balances build progress on assigned property

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
