Identify and measure value and cost drivers in the company. Provide structured analysis of plan assumptions and performance targets and enable the business to make informed decisions. Stay abreast of and scan the internal/external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value. Provides state of the art analytics and innovative insights, resource allocation models and financial modelling tools on affiliate level with the full market P&L & balance sheet in scope Act as a catalyst in driving forward initiatives critical to delivering the strategy Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes and financial controls Identify and Drive process improvement initiatives as well as drive standardization Drive finance excellence and process improvement initiatives Provide decision support to the Finance and SC head Setting up and monitoring financial risk management metrics & financial compliance processes Help business to boost performance using data science methods and principles to generate deeper insights from a great variety of internal and external data sources Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities and comply with the Roche Code of Conduct and all Healthcare Compliance policies and regulations in all interactions and situations. QUALIFICATIONS Education University degree in finance or an equivalent course, Experience Experience in budgeting & forecasting Functional Skills Proficient in English verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer literacy and high proficiency in MS Excel program, Accounting software Sound analytical skills and synthesis capabilities; Understanding of cost and internal controls
