The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transactional processes while driving profitability and performance analysis. The role combines hands-on financial management with strategic reporting and leadership, supporting both local and regional management reporting requirements.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in finance management, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong background in transactional accounting (EOR process, reconciliations, general ledger, etc.) and financial analysis.
Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly within semiconductor or power generation industries.
Proficient in management reporting and profitability analysis.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactional accounting activities.
Manage the End-of-Reporting (EOR) process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial closing activities.
Prepare and review management reports for both local and regional entities, providing insights on profitability and cost performance.
Conduct financial and profitability analyses to support decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with operations to understand manufacturing processes and align financial insights with production and cost efficiency.
Drive process improvements and take initiative in optimizing financial workflows and team productivity.
