We are URGENTLY looking for: FINANCE OFFICER
 
Job Summary:
 
The Finance Officer is responsible for the financial health of the company by managing financial procedures. Also, familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations. He/She will demonstrate an interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ultimately, responsible for the day-to-day management of company financial transactions and procedures.
 
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus
Job Description:
Keep accurate records of all daily transactions
Review and implement financial policies
Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Contribute to financial audits.
Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
Knows how to handle payments in EFPS
