DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
Develop financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
Manage cash controls as well as ensure that bookkeeping is up-to-date.
Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required.
Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely.
Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.
Ensures timely preparation of checks, including securing appropriate signatures, payroll, payments to suppliers and bank deposits of funds received, updating of passbooks, and regular reconciliation of bank balances.
Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.
Maintain an easy-to-understand filing system for all financial, program, and administrative files.

REQUIREMENTS
Computer and internet savvy
Residing within an hour's commute to Angeles City proper
Can commit to at least two years of stay with the company
Has mature disposition and can work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. BPO experience a plus!
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting processes, and tax laws.
Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
