Job Description:
1. In charge of bookkeeping activities of assigned and ensures that accounting books are prepared on a timely basis and in compliance with the deadlines set for reporting. This includes account analysis, maintenance of accounting records, preparation of bank and income tax computation, among others.
2. Prepares reports and/or requirements for timely submission to and compliance with the regulators, such as but not limited to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and local government, among others. Also, serves as liaison with the regulators. Liaise with internal and external auditors for the successful completion of the audit.
3. Maintains good working relationship with colleagues, bank representatives, suppliers, regulators and external auditors.
4. Prepares financial information as required by the Operations Director.
5. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
6. Keeps abreast with latest accounting standards, tax regulations and other regulatory pronouncements and rules that may have an impact on the business and transactions of the Company
7. Performs other job-related functions as required by management
8. Balance discrepancies in financial records
9. Support the review of pricing relevance by analyzing the cost components and cost drivers.
Additional Information:
i. 2 years experience of related work experience or fresh graduate with CPA License preferred but not required
ii. Male 25 to 30 years old
iii. Knowledge of accounting, GAAP, financial management as well as familiarity with financial operations system.
iv. A team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
