Job Descriptions
Support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll
Processing of payments (Government Contributions, Utilities and the likes)
Maintaining cost reports and managing invoices
Tax management and budget preparation
Directly reports to the President/CEO and Operations Manager
Job Qualifications
BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Work Experience as Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar post
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Knowledgeable with Local Taxation
Advance MS Excel skills is a plus
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
Living within Angeles City Pampanga or willing to relocate to Angeles Pampanga
Can start immediately.
