JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration/Management.
At least two (2) to three (3) years' experience in financial regulations and accounting processes.

Ability to Diagnose and Solve a Problem

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
1. Supervision Management
Monitor the Check Voucher, Releasing of Checks, Expenditures and budget
Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets
Forecast the monthly expenses and funding to be made
Oversee the petty cash transactions
2. Financial Management
Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes
Manage the preparation of financial documents (e.g. balance sheets, income statements, expense reports)
Does other task that is assigned by the Head of the Finance Department
Does other administrative works that are needed from time to time
3. Billings and Collection
Oversee the Billings and Collection transactions
Prepare billings from time to time
Monitor collections
