Job description:
We are looking for a Finance Officer - Full Time who is meticulous and has an eye for detail. You will mainly oversee accounts-related matters, such as the management of accounts payables and accounts receivables. Additionally, you will also have to produce reports on margins, costs, and other operating metrics.
*Manage accounts and invoices.
*Calculate the company's margins, costs, and other operating metrics
*Produce reports based on such data and statistics.
*Handle the accounts receivable/payable for 70+ business partner accounts.
*Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Philippine Local Time
*Working Locations: Online or remotely employee for now.
*Monthly Pay: PHP 25,000 - PHP 26,000
Qualifications:
*1-2 years of financial or accounting experience
*Good grasp of Microsoft Excel
*A graduate of Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is highly recommended
*Has extensive knowledge and experience in accounts receivable/payables
*Meticulous and organized.
*Good at calculations.
*Observant, has an eye for detail.
*Efficient, able to adhere to tight deadlines.
*Stable internet connection (5 MBPS and up) for web-based phone calls and application use.
*A high sense of urgency and multitasking skills.
*Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
