We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Officer to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, provide strategic recommendations, and support key decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor monthly cash flow, revenue, and expenses, addressing any concerns with management.
• Supervise operational departments responsible for managing income and costs.
• Collaborate with the HR Department to compute employee compensation.
• Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding long-term financial planning, pricing, business strategies, and funding allocation.
