FINANCE MANAGER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based industries is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, government contributions, and labor laws
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
