JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the company's financial processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic support to the Finance Manager. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Finance Executive in managing the day-to-day cash and funds flow of the company.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor budget performance and support in financial planning and forecasting.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency.
Manage financial data and maintain accurate financial records.
Provide support in tax preparation, compliance, and filing.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Support the Finance Manager in strategic financial decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
2-4 years of experience with strong focus in funds management and treasury work.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial management software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and tax compliance is an advantage.
