Is currently looking for:
 
FINANCE MANAGER
 
Department: Finance
Reporting to: Finance Manager
 
Responsibilities:
Reconciling accounts (Especially bank & books record reconciliation and affiliates reconciliation).
Maintaining financial spreadsheets
Preparing statutory accounts
Cash allocation
Sales order processing
Managing daily post in and out
Handling and writing cheques
Preparation of compliance to national and local tax and reportorial requirements
Receiving and processing all invoices, expenses forms and requests for payment
Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
Managing petty cash transactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy or Management Accounting. Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or is an added advantage.
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial management with experience in the private sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks and or ODOO).
Trust worthy and adheres confidentiality of information and trade secrets.
Literate in preparing reports requires by PEZA regulations or experience in PEZA registered company is an advantage.
