FINANCE MANAGER
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a finance Manager & Accounting Manager.
CPA certification is a requirement.
Outstanding tax knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Solid understanding of Accounting software, MS Office, and SAP.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant
Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience with accounting software, like SAP and Quickbooks
Advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables)
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
BSC degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Finance & accounting department
 Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements
 Experience in Capital Raising
 Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
 Review and monitor all aspects of accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, General Ledger Entries, Bank Reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, and collections).
 Makes recommendations, develops policies and procedures, and participates in the development and implementation of accounting systems and internal control systems.
 Review taxes paid for compensation, expanded, final tax, VAT, percentage, and income taxes and ensure timely submission of governmental compliance.
 Check and analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports.
