This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at HCT. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, and overseeing day-to-day finance operations. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cash flow, and working with departments to make financial decisions that impact the business.
Qualifications
Accounting, Financial Planning, and Analysis skills
Financial Reporting and Budget Management skills
Cash Flow management skills
Experience in finance operations and management
Experience in healthcare or education industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
