Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, financial statements, and cash flow projections.
Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, financial planning, and budgeting.
Provide strategic financial advice and support to management, assisting in decision-making processes.
Monitor and manage company's financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Sound knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
