Financial Processing
Report directly to the Operations Manager
Process accounts payables , obtain payment authorities , record and prepare for payments, process online payments and record payments .
Prepare and send invoices to clients as required, record and follow up accounts I clients , maintain expected payments dates in cash flow spreadsheet, receive and record payments
Prepare regular reconciliations of all bank accounts
Prepare accruals as required and record
Maintain the Asset Register and Depreciation Schedule
Support preparation of BAS, Annual Audits and preparation of annual financial statements working with the external accountants and auditors
Payroll Management
Prepare fortnightly payroll , obtain and process to bank
Procedure and issue pay slip
Maintain all payroll records
Process leave records and accruals
Prepare and pay associated payroll payments e.g. Workcover and superannuation
Prepare yearly Payroll reconciliations and PAYG Payment Summaries
Support all other employer payroll related requirements
Handle Compensation & Benefits Clerk on the remittance of taxes and other government contributions (BIR 1601-C, 1601-E, Quarterly Income Tax Return, 1702 Q, SSS, Philhealth & Pag-Ibig
