*Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience as a Finance Manager
-Extensive background and experience in all Finance roles such as Financial Analysis, F/S preparation, accounting and other finance related functions
-Strong background on budget preparation, analysis and Cash Flows
-Strong ability to read and interpret Financial Reports
-Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
-Solid understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and IFRS.
-With working knowledge on statutory legislation and regulation
-Ability to devise financial strategies and investment opportunities
-Ability to review business/financial contracts and provide feedback and/or recommendations
-Ability to coordinate and liaise with internal/external auditors
-Proficient in automated processes and systems
-Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, decision-making and negotiation skills
-Excellent command of English language, written and verbal
-Able to manage, guide and lead employees
-Ability to pro-actively take responsibility for self-improvement and team members
-BS/MA degree in Finance or Accounting
-Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered plus
