Must be a Certified Public Accountant / Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Finance Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Auditing or equivalent.
Must have knowledge in Real Estate.
Experience in SAP is preferred.
Can start ASAP
Must have effective oral and written communication skills
Willing to work long hours and can execute with less supervision.
Must be highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and with very good interpersonal skills.
