Finance ManagerMetrojet Engineering (Clark) Limited

The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and maintain the financial plans and polices for Metrojet Engineering Clark and to perform various financial activities, including but not limited to accounting, analysis, audit, tax, credit and collection, to maintain smooth operations of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage all accounting operations including the maintenance of complete set of books of accounts namely: Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, Accounts Payable, Sales, General Journal and General Ledger
Perform the monthly financial reporting and management reporting for MEC
Assure accounting records are well prepared, maintained and reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Ensure all internal controls are in place and policies and required reports are compliant with local regulations, taxes, audit and statutory reporting requirements
Responsible for supplier's payment, staff payroll and statutory payments and ensuring the practice and procedure comply with local regulatory requirements and corporate standards
Monitor credit control and debt collections on outstanding invoices and administer all other treasury functions
Administer the review of cost/profit margin of work orders and sales invoice and the resolution of any invoicing and collection issues, including disputes from customer and/or OEM
Lead and responsible for financial audits of MEC
Prepare and monitor annual and periodic budgets
Working capital and other funds management
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses, reporting in to the Metrojet corporate office
Review and implement necessary operational processes in accordance with business needs, statutory and company standards, reporting in to the Metrojet corporate office
Supervise coordination with external parties including banks, government departments and other regulatory agencies in relation to any financial or compliance matters
Manage and maintain proper filing system for company documents, including but not limited to financial statements, tax, leasing agreements, in compliance with the local statutory requirements and corporate standards
Initiate and develop any systems, processes or policies that are required for the proper and efficient performance of the finance function. Collaborate with the corporate office for any system and policy implementation
Lead, manage and coach staff for team performance
Job Specifications
Certified Public Accountant
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently
Has worked or comfortable to work in a matrix organization
