Responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing financial reports for the President. Must have in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, auditing and budgeting procedures. Responsible in monitoring daily transactions and recommend ways the company can improve its financial health. This position will play a vital role in our company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with the law and accuracy in accounting.
Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)
Analyze transactions and prepare reports
Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
Participate in budgeting processes
Brief the President regularly on the company's financial status
Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
Keep company financial information confidential
Establish accounting policies and procedures
Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
Represents the President by attending finance-related meetings in the President's absence; speaking for the President.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Must be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (CPA)
