Job Responsibilities:
Business partner with Business unit leaders to formulate financial and strategic plan, justify investment through business cases analysis where applicable;
Work with Business Unit to develop annual budget and forecast;
Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for control and productivity improvement;
Review operations and provide recommendations to management for improvement that lead to revenue generation, cost savings initiatives and streamline operations;
Preparations of monthly business review report, provide detailed analysis and commentary on business performance and cost centers;
Ensure activities for projects are planned, organized and supported according to available capacity and budget allocations;
Other ad hoc projects and analysis that may be delegated.
Requirements:
Degree holder from a reputable university professional qualification in Accountancy
A good mixture of at least 7 years working experience with accounting firms and commercial experience is highlight regarded
Excellent excel skills and financial modelling skills
Commercially-attuned, numerate and meticulous
Possess leadership and partnering abilities and have excellent communication skills
High energy, reliable and self-motivated
