JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collections Related responsibilities
Ensures timely and correct reporting of Accounts Receivables in both daily collection, monthly collection, aging accounts and newly re-opened accounts
Reconcile collections on floating payments on accounts without PDC
Ensures timely and correct reporting of monitoring of accounts with PDC, including status of cheque inventory
Ensures timely deposits of all collected payments
On Rental, ensure correct billing of rental in concurrence to contract and escalations stipulated on the contract
Ensures correctness of SOA
Ensures that accounts billed on Client (such are RPT) are appropriately documented with official receipts in compliance to article 1236 of The New Civil Code [the settled rule is that one who pleads payment has the burden of proving it.]
EWT/DST processing
Timely prompting of issuance and processing of EWT/DST payment within regulatory deadline
Appropriate reflection of accounts reported for EWT/DST payment as coordinated with Documentations Department and MSCM and as concurred by the Immediate Superior and Head Office
Ensures timely notarial of accounts with 1st equity by prompting notarial request upon receipt of first equity payment
Ensures completeness of OR as required for the processing of EWT/DST
Other functions
Verification of computation of canceled accounts with Maceda law implication
Coordination with City Hall on request for crediting of developers tax as business tax
Timely payment of business tax and other regulatory tax compliance
Supply accurate data which may be requested by Head Office in relation to the conduct of internal audit or spot audit to the department or in conjunction with other departments
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be CPA
Resident of Cagayan De Oro City
Minimum of 4 years managerial experience
Previous employment from a Real Estate company is a plus
