Job Description:
Planning directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
Coordinating activities of external auditors
Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
Participating in managing the budget process
Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed
Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
Participating in maintaining and improving the company's financial standing by guiding financial policies, assessing risks, determining funding opportunities
Hiring, training and retaining skilled accounting staff Any other related jobs as maybe assigned
Instruments:
Age below 40 years old with good health
CPA is a must (maintain a good membership with yearly CPD fulfillment)
Audit experience (better with big 4 firm) at least 4 years
Prefer to have bank working experiences in commercial loan department
Must graduate with accounting major (not management)
Able to work in fast speed working environment, details focus and hands on in preparing accounting information.
