FINANCE MANAGER - compensatin controlADI Recruitment Inc.

*Must be a CPA (Non-Negotiable)
*Has Audit experience that have touched on IAS19, compensation control or valuation of pension etc.
*1-2 years in a Managerial level
*High calibre qualified accountant who has experience in financial controller role or auditor role in a large financial institution.
* Prior experience with IAS19 (in particular post-employment benefits) preferred, but not essential
* High level of control mindset and investigative working approach
*Ability to connect various topics and recognise relationships that impact the overall compensation book of work
*Highly analytical, excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, willingness to challenge the status quo and keen to learn new skills/ knowledge
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Strong skills in MS Office tools (in particular Excel, Power Point and Word)
