Job Responsibilities:
Monitors the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as payroll, invoicing, and other related transactions
Coordinates with outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
Tracks the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Reviews prepared financial statements, business activity reports and financial forecasts
Ensures that the organization's financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Manages and administers of all company budgets
Ensures that financial legal requirements are met with BIR, SEC and PEZA
Develops and maintains financial reporting systems
Finds ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes
Provides tax planning and review of tax returns
Identifies and mitigates tax risks
Reviews of prepared all tax returns on a regular basis
Mentors finance staff and subordinates by assessing their performance
Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, deductions and updates
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Preferably with 3-5 years working experience as a Finance Manager in a manufacturing company
